What this site collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us.

Who we are
LotFabric™ is a service of Mueller Development Group. Questions about privacy go to Eric Mueller, Principal, at eric@muellerdevelopment.ca.
Visits to this site
We count visits so we can see which pages are read and where visitors come from. The counting is anonymous. It uses no cookies, and page views are not linked to you or to your IP address.
Each count records the page, the time, the site you came from, your approximate location, and your browser and device type. We don't use advertising trackers.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which also provides these counts, so this information may be processed outside Canada. The site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch it.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your company, your email address and your message. We use these details to reply to you and to carry out any work you ask us to do.
We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone for marketing. We keep correspondence as part of our business records.
The Concept Decision Check
Your answers stay in your browser. They are not recorded or sent. If you choose “Send my result”, a summary is placed in the contact form message, where you can read and change it before you send it.
Client plans and files
Client plans are kept confidential, stored securely, and never shared. We can sign an NDA before you share anything: yours, or a template we provide.
Your requests
To ask what details we hold about you, to have them corrected, or to have them deleted, email eric@muellerdevelopment.ca. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
